The story
The Torre Side Table L is a sculptural marble side table by Studioutte, the large version of the Torre family from the SOFT SOLID collection.
The table is composed of a thick square top in white marble, supported by a geometric column base built from stacked rectangular blocks of varying depths. The column has a tower-like quality, hence the name Torre, its graduated forms reading as architectural cross-sections from base to capital. The marble's surface carries natural grey veining; no two tables share the same patterning.
Studioutte treats marble here as a structural and sculptural material simultaneously. The column base is not decorative, it is integral to how the weight of the top is perceived, giving the piece an unexpected vertical presence despite the modest footprint. The stone is selected for tonal consistency and sealed with a matte finish that preserves the natural surface texture.

About Studioutte
Established in 2020, studioutte is a Milan-based multidisciplinary practice for architecture, interiors and collectible design. The name draws from the German *hütte*, meaning hut or shelter, a word that carries the spirit of the studio's approach.
Guglielmo Giagnotti and Patrizio Gola founded studioutte around a shared philosophy of warm minimalism: a pursuit of purity through vernacular forms, primitive essence, and poetic restraint. Furniture is conceived as small architectural objects. Their pieces are made from solid wood, raw metal, and occasional polyester lacquer, materials valued for the patina and imperfections that develop with time and use. Production is entirely handcrafted in collaboration with Italian artisans in Padova, Milan, and the wider Lombard region.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
