The story
The Stele Table Lamp M is the medium variant of Studioutte's Stele lighting family, part of the SOFT SOLID collection.
The form is architectural and stacked. A square base supports a central column, which rises to an elevated square block from which smaller square sections emerge in a cross pattern. The geometry is additive, each element a distinct volume. Glass inserts catch the internal light source and break the brushed steel's opacity, creating a counterpoint between metallic surfaces and transparent panes.
The medium scale positions the lamp between the monumental proportions of the Stele Table Lamp L and a more intimate reading. The brushed steel has a directional finish, catching raking light differently across each face of the stacked geometry.
Produced in brushed steel with glass insets in collaboration with Italian metalworkers, the Stele Table Lamp M demonstrates SOFT SOLID's architectural logic applied to a lighting object. An edition exclusive to Monde Singulier.
About Studioutte
Established in 2020, studioutte is a Milan-based multidisciplinary practice for architecture, interiors and collectible design. The name draws from the German *hütte*, meaning hut or shelter, a word that carries the spirit of the studio's approach.
Guglielmo Giagnotti and Patrizio Gola founded studioutte around a shared philosophy of warm minimalism: a pursuit of purity through vernacular forms, primitive essence, and poetic restraint. Furniture is conceived as small architectural objects. Their pieces are made from solid wood, raw metal, and occasional polyester lacquer, materials valued for the patina and imperfections that develop with time and use. Production is entirely handcrafted in collaboration with Italian artisans in Padova, Milan, and the wider Lombard region.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
