The story
The Lamb Pouf is a low sculptural seat from Vova Naumov's The Lamb collection, pairing shaggy cream textile with solid cylindrical wood legs.
The seat follows an undulating, organic outline, its surface rippling with soft peaks and hollows that read as a miniature landscape in relief. The shaggy textile, in a warm natural cream, gives the piece its tactile weight. It is not merely decorative; the material is integral to the object's identity within the collection, recalling the fleece that anchors The Lamb's entire material language.
Below, two stout cylindrical legs in smooth medium-brown wood ground the form with clean, turned geometry. The contrast between the rough textile above and the smooth wood below is deliberate: Naumov consistently works this pairing of surface tensions across the collection.
Compact in scale, the Lamb Pouf works as a footrest, occasional seat, or standalone sculptural accent. It belongs to The Lamb collection, which Vova Naumov developed through Numo Furniture as a meditation on zoomorphic form, surreal scale, and animal-inspired materiality.
About Vova Naumov
Vova Naumov grew up in Russia drawing constantly, studied at an art school for six years, then trained as an architect. After a year in the field, he shifted to 3D digital art, a move that let him push further than built structures allowed. That detour became permanent. He now leads Numo Furniture as founder and works as Art Director at Sphere.arch, between Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
His furniture starts with emotion: the way a shape registers before you understand it, the color that feels wrong then right. Naumov takes everyday categories (sofa, armchair, table) and distorts them until the object becomes strange again. Forms are surreal, proportions exaggerated, and material choices deliberate: pinewood, plywood, tablex, foam CMHR, and Mongolian fur have each appeared in his work, often combined in ways that prioritize sensation over convention.

Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
