The Lamb

The Little Lamb Chair is a compact version of the Lamb Chair from Vova Naumov's The Lamb collection, maintaining the same rounded bouclé volumes and curved wood base at a reduced scale.
The seat mass is voluminous despite its smaller footprint: the forms balloon outward with the same exaggerated softness as the full-size chair, the cushion body pressing against itself in thick, rounded folds. The creamy white bouclé surface carries the texture and colour of the collection's animal reference with full consistency.
A single, substantially curved wood base in a natural warm tone supports the chair from below. Where the standard Lamb Chair uses four spherical legs, the Little version sits on a continuous curved plinth, a structural choice that changes the visual register: the base reads as a pedestal, giving the chair a more compact, object-like presence.
Within The Lamb collection by Vova Naumov, the Little Lamb Chair functions both as a standalone seat and as a companion piece. It brings the collection's zoomorphic bouclé aesthetic into smaller rooms and tighter configurations without reducing the design's formal ambition.
Vova Naumov grew up in Russia drawing constantly, studied at an art school for six years, then trained as an architect. After a year in the field, he shifted to 3D digital art, a move that let him push further than built structures allowed. That detour became permanent. He now leads Numo Furniture as founder and works as Art Director at Sphere.arch, between Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
