The story

Grace your home with the true elegance of these black iron and brass nesting tables made by Maison Jansen in the early 1960s. Each table features an opaline black top, and beautiful brass details. These are great examples of Maison Jansen neoclassicism, inspired by both Art Deco and Modernism movement. They have been fully cleaned and restored, black tops replaced, and are in really good vintage condition. The 3 tables dimensions are Height 17.3 - 16.15 - 15 inches x Width 21.25 - 18.9 - 16.5 inches x Depth same 11.8 inches. A classic modernism by Maison Jansen.

About Maison Jansen

Maison Jansen was founded in Paris in 1880 by the Dutch-born Jean-Henri Jansen and became one of the most influential decorating houses of the twentieth century. Under Stéphane Boudin it worked for royal households and notably advised on the restoration of the White House under Jacqueline Kennedy. Its furniture, in a refined neoclassical taste, includes brass palm tree lamps and lacquered pieces. Collectors look for stamped or documented Jansen furniture.
