About Michel Jaubert
Michel Jaubert was a twentieth-century French sculptor and designer who worked principally in bronze. He produced lamps, sculptures and decorative objects in which organic and figurative forms are treated with a sculptor's eye, with carefully cast and patinated surfaces. His work sits between sculpture and decorative art. Collectors appreciate his bronze lamps for their modelling and their warm, textured finishes.
