About Boris Tabacoff
Boris Tabacoff (1927-1985) was a French designer who founded the company Mobilier Modulaire Moderne (M.M.M.), producing his own designs from the 1960s and 1970s. His Sphère chairs, dining tables and bars combine chromed steel, smoked Plexiglas, marble and upholstery in circular and modular compositions typical of French design of the period. Collectors look for pieces with original M.M.M. production details and well preserved chrome.
