The story
The “Paravent 1976” is a screen made of lacquered beech veneer with spheres or half-spheres of solid lacquered beech wood, lacquered color and dimensions are customizable. Featuring mirrors on one side and upholstery on the other according to preference.
About Nouveau Standard
Nouveau Standard is a design and creative studio founded in 2024 by Simon Brandeau and Jonathan Fleurance. Extending their architectural practice within Atelier Standard, based in Nantes, the duo has developed a universe dedicated to collectible furniture and objects.
Through its collections, Nouveau Standard explores the intimate relationship we maintain with objects and the memories they carry. Drawing inspiration from the history of fashion, design, and decorative arts, the studio revisits forms, uses, and details inherited from different eras.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
