The story
The Tortoise table draws inspiration from the deep, vibrant nuances of tortoiseshell, translated here through a hand-painted lacquer developed by an EPV-certified workshop. Each surface reveals a unique pattern, where amber and dark tones layer with richness and subtlety
About Maison Pierre Favresse
Pierre Favresse is one of the most recognized French designers of his generation. His work explores the intersection of craftsmanship, innovation and human experience.
Trained as a cabinetmaker at École Boulle before graduating from l'École des Arts Décoratifs de Paris, he began his career alongside designer Mathieu Lehanneur, eventually becoming director of his studio. This formative experience shaped his belief that design can create meaningful connections between people, objects and their environment.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
