The story
The Wall Lamp Chrome is a wall-mounted lighting fixture from the Stamp collection by Christophe Périchon, produced as a signed numbered edition exclusive to Monde Singulier.
The form is an elongated horizontal capsule, smooth and white, split along its centre by a vertical slot that reveals a dark recessed interior. A polished metallic edge frames the aperture precisely, giving the fixture a jewellery-like finish that reads differently at close range than from across a room. Mounted flush to the wall, it casts controlled light with minimal visual intrusion.
Where most Stamp pieces combine stainless steel with stitched leather, the Wall Lamp Chrome stays within the steel vocabulary: polished to a chrome finish, mirror-smooth, the material's reflective depth doing the work that upholstery does elsewhere in the collection. Each piece carries a serial number and certificate of authenticity.
In Christophe Périchon's Stamp collection, stainless steel is treated as a material with its own expressive register, as capable of warmth through reflection as leather is through texture. This fixture is the clearest demonstration of that premise.
About Christophe Perichon
Christophe Perichon is a furniture designer and interior architect based in Versailles, France. Over more than twenty years of practice, his studio has worked across residential and hospitality projects, developing an approach rooted in material contrast.
His work rests on a tension between stainless steel and leather. Rather than treating them as opposing forces, Périchon builds each piece to hold both in structural balance, so a single object reads as architectural precision and tactile warmth at once. The stainless steel carries a kaleidoscopic depth, its reflective surfaces multiplying light and extending perceived space; the leather grounds that optical play with physical weight and grain. The result resists easy classification, neither purely decorative nor purely functional.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
