The story
The Stamp Table Lamp by Christophe Perichon brings the collection's inverted cone geometry to a desktop or sideboard scale. Developed exclusively for Monde Singulier, it is part of the Stamp collection and available as a signed, numbered edition.
The lamp's base is an inverted cone upholstered in warm brown leather with white contrast stitching following the form's tapered silhouette. A wider, shallow white top section sits above, housing the light source and giving the piece a pronounced two-part structure: the dark, textured cone below and the clean white plane above. At any viewing distance, the graphic opposition between the two sections is immediate.
Across the Stamp collection, Christophe Perichon works with stainless steel armature wrapped in hand-stitched leather, positioned against polished or white surfaces that heighten the material contrast. The table lamp concentrates this logic into a piece sized for a working or living surface, where the silhouette operates at close range and rewards attention to the stitching detail.
Each piece includes a serial number and certificate of authenticity.
About Christophe Perichon
Christophe Perichon is a furniture designer and interior architect based in Versailles, France. Over more than twenty years of practice, his studio has worked across residential and hospitality projects, developing an approach rooted in material contrast.
His work rests on a tension between stainless steel and leather. Rather than treating them as opposing forces, Périchon builds each piece to hold both in structural balance, so a single object reads as architectural precision and tactile warmth at once. The stainless steel carries a kaleidoscopic depth, its reflective surfaces multiplying light and extending perceived space; the leather grounds that optical play with physical weight and grain. The result resists easy classification, neither purely decorative nor purely functional.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
