The story
The Sofa is a two-seater from the Stamp collection by Christophe Périchon, produced as a signed numbered edition exclusive to Monde Singulier.
Orange leather with white contrast stitching wraps a continuous low-profile arc, arms and back formed in a single unbroken curve. The upholstered shell is rounded and organic. Beneath it, a geometric faceted metal base provides structural support through mirror-polished planes that reflect light at multiple angles, a sharp angular counterpoint to the rounded softness above. The contrast between the two formal registers, organic curve above, hard geometry below, is the piece's central statement.
Full-grain leather and stainless steel are the defining materials: the leather hand-stitched throughout, the base mirror-polished to a multifaceted finish. Each sofa is signed, with a serial number and certificate of authenticity.
The Stamp collection by Christophe Périchon brings the same material logic to every piece in the range. The Sofa is its largest expression: the metal-leather dialogue at the scale of the living room's primary object.
About Christophe Perichon
Christophe Perichon is a furniture designer and interior architect based in Versailles, France. Over more than twenty years of practice, his studio has worked across residential and hospitality projects, developing an approach rooted in material contrast.
His work rests on a tension between stainless steel and leather. Rather than treating them as opposing forces, Périchon builds each piece to hold both in structural balance, so a single object reads as architectural precision and tactile warmth at once. The stainless steel carries a kaleidoscopic depth, its reflective surfaces multiplying light and extending perceived space; the leather grounds that optical play with physical weight and grain. The result resists easy classification, neither purely decorative nor purely functional.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
