The story
The Side Table is a compact accent piece from the Stamp collection by Christophe Périchon, produced as a signed numbered edition exclusive to Monde Singulier.
At this scale the Stamp material logic compresses into something close to sculpture: the outer surfaces wrapped in warm orange-brown leather with white contrast stitching, while the core structure and visible edges are built from polished reflective silver-toned metal. The silhouette reads as an architectural I-beam at small scale. The proportions are precise and contained, the piece functioning as a freestanding object as readily as it functions as a surface.
Leather and stainless steel make up the construction: leather covers the outer panels, stitched uniformly in white; polished steel provides the internal frame and the characteristic reflective edge. Each piece is signed, with a serial number and certificate of authenticity.
The Stamp collection by Christophe Périchon translates its formal vocabulary consistently across scale. The Side Table compresses the metal-leather dialogue into a piece small enough that the object dimension and the functional dimension are equally present.
About Christophe Perichon
Christophe Perichon is a furniture designer and interior architect based in Versailles, France. Over more than twenty years of practice, his studio has worked across residential and hospitality projects, developing an approach rooted in material contrast.
His work rests on a tension between stainless steel and leather. Rather than treating them as opposing forces, Périchon builds each piece to hold both in structural balance, so a single object reads as architectural precision and tactile warmth at once. The stainless steel carries a kaleidoscopic depth, its reflective surfaces multiplying light and extending perceived space; the leather grounds that optical play with physical weight and grain. The result resists easy classification, neither purely decorative nor purely functional.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
