The story
Orphee Bench is a sculptural bench in ebonized beech by Antoine Maurice, part of the Antoine Maurice Collection.
The seat traces a deep concave arc, dipping at the center and rising to rounded, slightly squared-off ends. Two wide pedestal bases with their trumpet-bell flare anchor the form at each end. The entire piece is in uniform matte black: no relief, no contrast, only the curve.

About Antoine Maurice
Born in the early 1990s, Antoine Maurice lives and works in the Yvelines, France.
A self-taught artist, he founded his studio to develop his own approach to design, which blends functional objects and art.

Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
