The story
The Alma Chair is a sculptural beech armchair from the Antoine Maurice Collection.
Antoine Maurice worked the dark-stained beech into a single continuous silhouette: the high curved back sweeps into a scooped seat and widens into a broad, stable base without a visible joint. Under studio light, the dark stain gives the piece a near-monolithic presence, a form carved from a single intention.
Made in France. Limited edition.
About Antoine Maurice
Born in the early 1990s, Antoine Maurice lives and works in the Yvelines, France.
A self-taught artist, he founded his studio to develop his own approach to design, which blends functional objects and art.
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped under insurance, from the workshop to you. White glove delivery (unpacking, installation, packaging removal) is available on request. Delivery is not charged at checkout: we send you a quote within 24 business hours of your order. You have 5 days to accept and pay it (secure payment link or bank transfer), otherwise your order is cancelled and fully refunded.
