If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your pieces, without giving a reason. Fill in the short form below, then confirm. We acknowledge receipt by email straight away, with the date and time of your statement.

Pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal. See the Returns & Warranty policy for the conditions and for how the return is organised.
