How do I manage my account?

Support & Returns

What if my piece arrives damaged?

We kindly request that claims be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and the delivery note.

Can custom pieces be returned?

Custom-made pieces are final sale once production is approved.

What is the return policy for in-stock items?

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
