Mokusei is a bench defined by elemental lines and a strong presence.
Behind the apparent simplicity of its design emerges an almost architectural and monumental silhouette, inspired by a certain Japanese sobriety and evoking the threshold, the passage, the entrance to a larger space. Oak is paired with soft and precious materials such as woven alpaca fiber or mohair velvet.
Carved, charred, or left in a purer expression, the wood gives each version a singular character, where restraint and sophistication meet.

Meteor Studio
Founded in Paris in 2020 by Leah Benarrosh and Florent Louineau, Meteor Studio is an interior architecture and design studio operating between Europe and the United States. Together they develop projects for private residences, boutiques, and high-end spaces, from Paris to New York, from Miami to Cyprus.
Leah Benarrosh graduated from the Penninghen school in Paris and developed her eye within prestigious houses such as Dior and the Alberto Pinto agency. Florent Louineau, also trained at Penninghen and the Beaux-Arts de Marseille, then at Christian Liagre where he developed a particular sensitivity to material, proportion, and precision of detail.
Since its founding five years ago, Meteor Studio has pursued a bold yet sensitive exploration at the crossroads of Interior Architecture, Design, and Art. In 2022, the studio was invited to exhibit alongside Isabelle Stanislas at the National Museum of Archives as part of Paris Design Week, marking a first recognition on a national scale.
In 2025, Meteor Studio took a new step by presenting its work at Milan Design Week through Good Selection. Acclaimed by critics, this exhibition marked the studio's opening onto the European and international design scene.
Today, Meteor Studio passionately continues its trajectory, exploring with curiosity and exacting standards the vast sky of possibilities
