The PAPARITMO three-seat sofa is the largest piece in Studio ASAÏ's debut furniture collection, bringing the formal language of the armchair to communal scale.
The elongated, low-profile silhouette draws attention to its armrests, which taper and angle outward in a gesture at once ergonomic and sculptural. The backrest is a slender cylinder spanning the full length of the sofa, providing support without mass. A small metallic accent on the outer left arm punctuates the composition.
Throughout, the sofa is upholstered in a ribbed beige textile, its vertical channelling creating a consistent textural field across cushions, arms, and back. The contrast between the upholstered volume above and the beechwood base below lends the piece visual lightness despite its scale.
Antoine Simonin, founder of STUDIO ASAÏ and AD 100-recognised designer, applies his interior architecture practice to furniture with the same rigour he brings to hotels and private residences. Available through Monde Singulier.
