The production delay depends on the piece you are selecting, each process is different and takes a different amount of time but the delay is indicated on each product page under the category “production & delivery”.

When will the upcoming collections be released ?

Are the exclusive designs unique pieces ?

Our exclusive pieces are not limited to only one specimen, you can purchase them in the quantity you need.

What is the digital certification process ?

We use an unforgeable digital certificate living on the blockchain to protect your physical design piece by allowing the notion of ownership and artistic rating to be traced.

Does Monde Singulier offer an option to create a whole new design in discussion with a designer ?

Yes, it is possible to create a unique piece specifically tailored to your project. To create this fully custom made collectible design we invite you to contact directly your personal advisor or to contact us via our contact form or via this email address: contact@monde-singulier.com.

How can I access the prices ?

To access prices please create a MS Pro account. Once your account is created and you are logged in, you will be able to see all the prices.

If you want to access the price of some particular pieces you have in mind for your project, you can also ask for a quote. One of our sales representatives will get in touch with you to know more about your project and give you a price for it.

Are the pieces made to order ?

Yes, every piece is made to order, enabling us to eliminate any material waste. Each piece is carefully produced specifically for each customer.

How do I make sure my piece is authentic ?

We use an unforgeable digital certificate living on the blockchain to protect your physical design piece by allowing the notion of ownership and artistic rating to be traced.

Does the designer make himself the object ?

Some designers are also craftsmen and have their own workshop where they design and produce their pieces. Other designers surround themselves with a team of selected fine craftsmen who produce the pieces designed by the designer.

Can I get a certificate of authenticity for my piece ?

Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Can I get some samples before buying the item ?

To facilitate your decision-making process for the finish of your new Monde Singulier product, we’ve curated an extensive selection of digital material samples. Additionally, we can arrange for physical samples to be sent to you for a more hands-on evaluation.

Is there a fee to get samples ?

We can send you physical samples to better discern which material is the most appropriate for your project. This operation does not require any additional fee. We will send the samples via a pre-stamped envelope, you will thus have the opportunity to see the materials and decide which one is best. Once your choice is made, you will send the sample back to Monde Singulier thanks to the pre-stamped envelope.

Can I customize the furniture ?

You can customize furniture pieces according to your project specifications. The customization includes choices of materials, colors, and custom dimensions. We reshape with you the selected collectible pieces to make them match perfectly with the vision you wish to present to your client. Please note that customizations are submitted to a feasible constraint.

Where is my piece produced ?

All of our pieces are generally produced in Europe. To know more specifically where your piece was made, we invite you to check the product page you are interested in. On each product page you can find where the collectible design is produced. It is indicated under the category “Production & Delivery”.

Are the pieces numbered and signed by the designer ?

All of our pieces are made to order specifically for you. All of our designers work differently, so not all of them decide to number and sign their designs but surely, some of them do. If you want more information about this please contact your sales advisor who will be happy to tell you more about the collectible pieces you are interested in.

Can I know who is the manufacturer or craftsman who made my piece is ?

Directly on the product page of our website you can know where the piece was made and have some more information about the materials. But if you want more detail about the craftsman who specifically made the piece, you can ask your personal advisor who will tell you more about it.

Is there an extra fee for customization ?

Indeed, we offer the possibility to customize our collectible designs, those customizations require an additional fee which depends on the nature and the degree of customization.

Is the craftsman fairly paid ?

Yes, they are. Each craftsman is either directly the designer who created a collection with us, or a skilled and verified partner. Each craftsman working with us possesses unique skills that we value every day.

Are there any limited-editions available ?

There are indeed some limited editions available on our marketplace. All of our collections are not limited editions. If you want to know more about a collection in particular please ask your personal advisor.

Is there a warranty on my collectible designs once I have bought them ?

No, once you have bought them, no guarantees will apply. You can however freely contract a guarantee on your personal initiative with a local partner.

Which payment method do you offer ?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer, both in complete security and confidentiality.

Do I pay for the quote ?

No, asking for a quote is free. When you ask for a quote our sales team will get in touch with you to create the quote according to your selection.

At which step will I pay my order ?

We require full payment at the time of ordering. Paying at the time of ordering enables the designer to initiate the production or to dispatch any available stock items.

Can I buy some pieces as a private customer ?

Yes, you can buy from our website even if you are a private customer. As a private customer please note that you won’t be able to benefit from our professional discount. You can contact lucas@monde-singulier.com.

Is the delivery adapted to fragile pieces ?

Each piece is handled by specialists trained specifically for the transport of valuable items, ensuring that each piece of furniture is treated with the utmost care and professionalism from pickup to delivery.

Will I install and assemble the piece by myself ?

Beyond mere delivery, when you choose white glove delivery, you choose a service that encompasses the complete installation of the furniture, including assembly, positioning, and final placement according to the interior designer's directives or the client's wishes, thus eliminating any post-delivery hassle.

Is there anyone in charge of cleaning up after the installation ?

If you choose the white gloves delivery, after installation the delivery team conducts a thorough cleanup of the work area, removing all packaging and debris, leaving behind a clean environment ready for use or presentation.

What happens if I want to change my delivery date ?

Acknowledging the often-changing nature of interior design projects, our delivery service is designed to offer maximum flexibility, allowing for last-minute adjustments to ensure that the installation perfectly meets the client's expectations.

Is the shipment covered by insurance ?

All shipments are covered by comprehensive insurance, offering protection against damage or loss during transit. In case of any issue, clients benefit from dedicated support to quickly resolve any claims, ensuring total satisfaction.

How do I place an order on Monde Singulier ?

To place an order with Monde Singulier you can create a quote directly on your MS Pro account with the projects and the rooms you have created; or you can ask for a quote by selecting the piece you want and clicking on the button “ask for a quote”.
After one of these two steps, our sales team will get in touch with you to finalize the order.

Which company is in charge of the delivery ?

We work with Convelio to ensure the delivery. We also have integrated White glove delivery into our partnership with Convelio to diversify the delivery method if needed. We chose those two methods because of their reliability and professionalism when it comes to the transportation of fragile pieces.

Our partnership with Convelio ensures that each piece of furniture is handled with utmost care and expertise, specifically tailored to the transportation of valuable items like art and luxury furniture. Convelio offers bespoke delivery services, including secure packaging, climate-controlled transport, and on-site installation, ensuring that each item arrives in perfect condition.

We also made the choice of White Glove Delivery, because they offer an ultra-personalized and meticulous experience for the transport and the installation of luxury furniture. What’s the standard shipping time frame ?

Your product(s) are typically delivered within 4 to 14 weeks after the shipping date indicated on your order confirmation, depending on the production schedule of the designer or brand. Please note that your order may be split into multiple deliveries using different carriers, resulting in separate arrival dates for different items.

How can I follow my order ?

At every step of the process, from order to delivery, clients enjoy complete tracking and transparent communication. This includes real-time updates on order status and delivery tracking, ensuring full visibility and avoiding any surprises.

Do we know package dimensions and weights in our order confirmation ?

If the packaging size matters to you, please ask ! We will be delighted to give you specific information about the packages you will receive.

Can I opt for express shipping ?

As a standard practice, Monde Singulier does not provide express shipping. However, for one-time express shipping options and rates, please contact our Sales Coordination Department at lucas@monde-singulier.com.

How do I place an order as a trade customer ?

As a trade customer, you start the order process by creating a quote directly through your account or by contacting our trade team via email or phone.

What is curbside delivery ?

When you select curbside delivery, your shipment is carefully unloaded and delivered directly to your curb. Designed for recipients who are capable of independently transferring the package from the curb to indoors & unpacking items.

Can I buy directly from the website without having an account ?

It is not possible to purchase our collectible designs without having a MS Pro account but if needed you can ask for a quote without having an account.

You can create an account directly on our website by clicking on “MS Pro” on the top right of each page. Once on the MS Pro page, follow steps to guide you through the creation of your MS Pro account.

Are there multiple shipping options ?

There exist two different shipping methods, the Curbside delivery and the White Gloves Delivery.

The curbside delivery will make sure your shipment is carefully unloaded and delivered directly to your curb. This delivery method is designed for recipients who are capable of independently transferring the package from the curb to indoors & unpacking items.

Concerning white gloves, this delivery type is made by expert handlers who delicately transport your pieces from the delivery vehicle and place them in the room of your choice. Our skilled technicians will unpack your items with precision, ensuring the removal of all packing materials for a seamless experience.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shipping varies depending on several factors : weight, size and shape of the item, its origin, and its destination. As every project is unique, you need to be logged in to estimate shipping cost. 80% of orders placed on Monde Singulier require special needs : white glove, fast delivery, therefore our Operations team is dedicated to inquire for you the best shipping solution and give you a quotation in the shortest amount of time.

Can I pay in multiple installments ?

Yes, a deposit can be made and the rest paid once the item is crafted before shipping. Feel free to ask our team about your favorite payment method.

Is there insurance on all shipments ?

All shipments are insured through our logistic partners according to the value of the goods you purchased.

I’m trying to create my MS Pro account, I’m asked to select the business type but my business falls under multiple of these categories, what do I do ?

Indeed, when you create a new MS Pro account, you are asked to select your business type between the following options: Architect, Interior Designer, Curator, Home Stager. If your business falls under multiple categories simply select the most important one.

Can I share the projects that I have on my account with my clients ?

Sure, you can share the projects made on your MS Pro account with your client. To do so, log in your account, go into the section “ My projects” on the top right of the website. You will then be able to see your ongoing projects. Click on the project you want to share. You will then be able to see four tabs on the left, go to the one named “presentations”. If you want to share all the rooms with your client, select the first tick box, otherwise you can select the specific rooms you want to share. You can now press the button “download” and the presentation will be downloaded in the downloads of your browser. You can now access your presentation and share it to your associates or clients.

Is there any type of commitment or obligation of order when I create my account ?

No, once your account is created, there is no obligation to purchase any piece. Your MS pro account is simply a tool dedicated to help you conceive your projects with our exclusive designs.

Can I get the discount if I am a private customer ?

Unfortunately, private customers do not benefit from the professional discount.

How does the professional discount work ?

All members of our trade program will receive exclusive discounts on all of our products.

Can I get a higher percentage discount ?

Our professional pricing is tailored to your purchase volume. Our goal is to honor our most dedicated customers and support every studio in promoting collectible design by providing some of the finest furniture at custom prices.

How do I change my password ?

To change your password, you log in your account, you go into the account setting, you select the password section on the left. The password page will then appear enabling you to change your password.

To change your password, please log in your account if you are not already connected. Go to the account settings which you can find by clicking on “MS Pro” at the top right.

Once you are connected, select the password section on the left. Then follow the steps of the page, firstly enter your current password, then create your new password.

As a reminder, all passwords should contains At least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character !?@#$%^&*(). Rewrite your new password below to confirm it. You can now press the button “change password “ below to validate your new password. Congratulations, your new password is now effective.

What is the referral program ?

To participate in the referral program you will need to refer to an interior designer you know. Each time your referee shops with us, you will both receive a 5% discount off your next order. The discount is cumulative with your existing discounts.

How can I update my account information ?

To update your account information, please log in your account if you are not already connected. Go to the account settings which you can find by clicking on “ MS Pro ” at the top right of the screen. Once you are in the account settings, you will encounter three categories that you can modify: personnel information, addresses and password. Select the category you want to modify.

To modify your name, email or phone number please click on “profile”.

To change your password, please click on “security”.

How can I delete my account ?

You can delete your account whenever you want. The deletion of an account is possible upon request. To do so, please contact your personal sales advisor or fill out our contact form directly on our website expliciting your request. We will then proceed to the deletion of your account.

Please also note that If your account is inactive for a period of 2 years, it will be deleted if you do not respond to our reactivation email.

Support and assistance:

If my product breaks or is damaged, is there any customer service ?

In the event of a pickup, the customer or the customer's carrier must ensure the conformity and absence of defects of the piece. Once the pickup has been completed, any request will be deemed inadmissible.

In the case of delivery provided by Monde Singulier, any claim regarding the merchandise must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt (with photos and a copy of the delivery note with reservations) by sending an email to contact@monde-singulier.com.

After this period, any claim will be deemed inadmissible. If the dispute results in a refund, Monde Singulier will reimburse the customer for the sale price, as well as any delivery and return costs.

Can I return or exchange my custom-made piece ?

Custom-made pieces cannot be canceled or returned. After a custom order is validated, no refund can be accepted and the full payment of the piece will be required once the order is validated.

What is your return policy ?

Only items in stock can be returned, this process is unfortunately impossible for custom made orders. Concerning items in stock, the customer has the option to return the piece to the sender within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with Monde Singulier by sending an email via our contact form.
Monde Singulier will refund the customer for their order, including delivery costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The piece must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and shipped in the same conditions as its initial delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: if the piece is subject to custom manufacturing; or if the customer is not a resident of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) in accordance with current regulations.

Are there any items that cannot be returned ?

Yes, custom-made pieces or made to order pieces cannot be canceled or returned.

How do you process returns ?

Returns are accepted if the manufactured product does not match with the order you placed. However, once you buy a piece of collectible design made on request just for your project, we cannot accept a return if it is broken or not suitable anymore. As any piece of art created just for you, once the item is yours it cannot be sent back.

As a designer:

Does Monde Singulier take care of the production process ?

The designer is typically in charge of the production process and the selection of artisan or manufacturer he works with. However, our team can guide you through the selection of manufacturers or craftsmen.

Who is responsible for the shipping and the logistics ?

Once the order is made, the designer is responsible for the production. When the piece is finished, Monde Singulier is in charge of the shipping and the logistics until the delivery to the final customer.

How am I informed about the orders of my designs that have been made ?

Once the quote is validated, our sales team will contact you and transfer the payment for you to start the production process.

To whom do I need to get in touch with if I want to propose my designs to Monde Singulier ?

As a designer, if I collaborate with Monde Singulier to propose exclusive designs am I free in the creation and design process ?

Concerning the development of exclusive pieces for Monde Singulier, our team may submit a creative brief to help the designer create adequate pieces. The goal is to capture the designer essence and create a unique piece that will correspond to Monde Singulier and will also reflect the designer's vision.

Can I develop both curated and exclusive designs on your website ?

It is indeed possible for designers to have their pieces represented both in the exclusive and the curated category. Those two categories are different and require different processes which our team will walk you through.

If I launch an exclusive design with Monde Singulier, will I be able to sell it on my own website ?

After launching an exclusive design, the corresponding piece will be exclusive to Monde Singulier. Thus, the piece cannot be sold anywhere else than on Monde Singulier’s marketplace.

Is the designer responsible for making the quote to the client ?

No, our sales team is responsible for making the quotes for the clients. The designer will only enter in the process when the order is confirmed. The designer will start the production and follow up with the manufacturer. Once the piece is ready, Monde Singulier takes care of that last part of the process and ensures the logistics until the client receives its piece.

Do I need to give you a prototype of every piece you display on the website ?

No, every piece does not need to be prototyped. The prototype can be useful to show customers the final products but it is not required for every piece.

As a designer, do I need to have a specific idea to contact you or do we develop the product together ?
