How do I activate the digital certificate linked to my product ?
  • Buy the piece through Monde Singulier.

  • Receive the piece.

  • Go on your Profil on the Monde Singulier mobile website.

  • Click on “Scan my product”.

  • Scan your product and enter the 6 numbers code.

  • Congrats, you are the official owner.

I would like to see some material finish samples.

In order to make it easier for you to decide on the finish of your new Monde Singulier product, we have established a wide range of digital material samples. We also could send physical ones.

Is my order on track ?

In the unfortunate event that your order will be delayed, we do our best to inform you in time. You will receive an alteration notification via email together with the updated estimated ship date on the order confirmation.

What is the regular shipping time ?

You can expect to receive your product(s) no later than 4 to 14 weeks after the shipping date on your order confirmation depending on the production time of the designer or the brand. Please be aware that it cannot be avoided that we might have to split your order in several deliveries and use different carriers to deliver your order, which is why you might not receive the entire order at the same day.

Can I have my order shipped express ?

Monde Singulier does not offer express shipping as a standard. For one-time express shipping possibilities and rates, please get in touch with our Sales Coordination Department at lucas@monde-singulier.com

I have not received my order.

We are very sorry for any delays. If you have not received your order within 5 business days after the estimated shipping date, please get in touch with team@monde-singulier.com and inform the Sales Order number/ which item you are missing.

PAYMENT METHOD

What is your payment policy ?

We require full payment upon order to start production or dispatch any stock items.

Are payments secure ?

All purchases on Monde Singulier are safe.
Under no circumstances does Monde Singulier store or have access to your bank details.

Do you accept payments by credit card ?

We accept all debit and credit card payments via Stripe.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled or returned.
After a custom order is validated, no refund can be accepted and the full payment of the piece will be required.

For items in stock, the customer has the option to return the piece to the sender within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with Monde Singulier by sending an email via our contact form.
Monde Singulier will refund the customer for their order, including delivery costs.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The piece must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and shipped in the same conditions as its initial delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: if the piece is subject to custom manufacturing; or if the customer is not a resident of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) in accordance with current regulations.


In the event of a pickup, the customer or the customer's carrier must ensure the conformity and absence of defects of the piece. Once the pickup has been completed, any request will be deemed inadmissible.
In the case of delivery provided by Monde Singulier, any claim regarding the merchandise must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt (with photos and a copy of the delivery note with reservations) by sending an email to contact@monde-singulier.com.
After this period, any claim will be deemed inadmissible.
If the dispute results in a refund, Monde Singulier will reimburse the customer for the sale price, as well as any delivery and return costs.
