Is my order on schedule ?

In the event of any potential delays, we make every effort to notify you promptly. You’ll receive an email notification with updated shipping details if there are any alterations to your order’s estimated ship date.

What’s the standard shipping timeframe?

Your product(s) are typically delivered within 4 to 14 weeks after the shipping date indicated on your order confirmation, depending on the production schedule of the designer or brand. Please note that your order may be split into multiple deliveries using different carriers, resulting in separate arrival dates for different items.

Can I opt for express shipping?

As a standard practice, Monde Singulier does not provide express shipping. However, for one-time express shipping options and rates, please contact our Sales Coordination Department at lucas@monde-singulier.com.

I haven’t received my order.

We apologize for any delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated shipping date, please contact us at lucas@monde-singulier.com with your Sales Order number and details of the missing item(s).

PAYMENT METHOD

What is your payment policy ?

We require full payment at the time of ordering to initiate production or dispatch any available stock items.

Are payments secure ?

Rest assured, all transactions on Monde Singulier are secure. Monde Singulier does not store or have access to your banking details under any circumstances.

Do you accept payments by credit card ?

Yes, we accept all debit and credit card payments securely through Stripe.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled or returned.
After a custom order is validated, no refund can be accepted and the full payment of the piece will be required.

For items in stock, the customer has the option to return the piece to the sender within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with Monde Singulier by sending an email via our contact form.
Monde Singulier will refund the customer for their order, including delivery costs.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The piece must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and shipped in the same conditions as its initial delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: if the piece is subject to custom manufacturing; or if the customer is not a resident of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) in accordance with current regulations.


In the event of a pickup, the customer or the customer's carrier must ensure the conformity and absence of defects of the piece. Once the pickup has been completed, any request will be deemed inadmissible.
In the case of delivery provided by Monde Singulier, any claim regarding the merchandise must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt (with photos and a copy of the delivery note with reservations) by sending an email to contact@monde-singulier.com.
After this period, any claim will be deemed inadmissible.
If the dispute results in a refund, Monde Singulier will reimburse the customer for the sale price, as well as any delivery and return costs.
