3. Purposes pursued
3.1
Your personal data are collected to answer one or more of the following purposes:
To manage your access to certain Services accessible on the Platform and their use
Facilitate the creation of and secure your account
Identify you as a user in our system
Provide you with our Service, including, but not limited to, helping you view, explore and, at your own discretion, connect directly with others to purchase, sell, or transfer NFTs
Display your username next to the NFTs currently or previously accessible in your third-party wallet, and next to NFTs on which you have interacted
Send you notifications related to actions on the Service, including notifications of offers on your NFTs
To carry out operations relating to the management of Clients and therefore strictly concerns data relating to Artwork, (3D and NFT files) and identifying data of the User in order to be contacted and to establish the sale or the auction (Name, telephone number, email, wallet)
- Build a file of registered members, users of the Site, creators and collectors
- To send newsletters, solicitations and promotional messages, if you have consented when you registered. In the event that you no longer wish it, we give you the option of expressing your refusal on this subject within each promotional message
To elaborate commercial statistics and of frequentation of our services
Organize contests, lotteries and all promotional operations with the exception of online gambling subject to the approval of the Autorité de Régulation des Jeux en Ligne
To manage the management of people's opinions on products, services or contents
To respect our legal and regulatory obligations
We inform you, by means of an asterisk when collecting your Personal Data, if certain Data must be filled in or if they are optional. We also inform you of the possible consequences of not answering
Act in any other way we may describe when you provide the Personal Data
3.2
We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may improve our Services and enhance Service navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.
4. Recipients of the collected Data
MONDE SINGULIER's staff, the referenced Service Providers and our subcontractors may have access to your Personal Data.
Public bodies, exclusively to answer our legal obligations, judicial auxiliaries, ministerial officers and organizations in charge of collecting debts can also be recipients of your personal Data.
5. Third-Party Wallets
To use our Service, you must use a third-party wallet which allows you to engage in transactions on public blockchains. Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of that third party.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
If you expressly consent (via a checkbox), your Personal Data may be transferred, leased or exchanged to third parties.
7. Duration of storage of Personal Data
7.1
Concerning the Data relating to the management of customers and prospects : Your Personal Data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary to manage our support relationship with you. However, the Data allowing to establish the proof of a right or a contract, having to be preserved under the respect of a legal obligation, will be it during the duration envisaged by the law relating to the prescription of common law, that is to say five years.
Regarding any prospecting operations aimed at customers, their Data may be kept for a period of three years from the closing of the account registered on the platform. Personal Data relating to a prospect, who is not Collector nor Creator, may be kept for a period of two years from the date of their collection or the last contact from the prospect. At the end of this two-year period, we may contact you again to see if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.
7.2
Concerning the management of the lists of opposition to receive commercial prospecting: The information allowing us to take into account your right to object is kept for a minimum of three years from the time you exercise your right to object.
7.3
Concerning audience measurement statistics: The information stored in the terminal of the Users of the Site or any other element used to identify the Users of the Site and allowing their traceability or frequentation will not be kept beyond 6 months.
8. Data access and control

If you are a user in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the respective European and UK General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”). These include the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal data; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) object to or restrict the processing of your personal data; and (iv) request portability of your personal data. These include the right to (i) request access to, details regarding, and a copy of the personal information we have collected about you and/or shared with third parties; (ii) request deletion of the personal information that we have collected about you; and (iii) the right to opt-out of sale of your personal information. As the terms are defined under the CCPA, we do not “sell” your “personal information.”
8.3
In any case, we cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain, for example the Ethereum blockchain which is used on Monde Singulier, as we do not have custody or control over blockchains. The information stored on the blockchain may include purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and NFTs held at that address.
You are responsible for the security of your digital wallet, and we urge you to take measures to ensure it is and remains secure. If you discover an issue related to your wallet, please contact your wallet provider.

9. Security
We inform you that we take all useful precautions, organizational and technical measures appropriate to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Data and in particular, prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. We use secure payment systems that comply with the state of the art and applicable regulations.
10. Cookies
Cookies are text files, often encrypted, stored in your browser.
They are created when the browser of a User of the Site loads a given website: the Platform sends information to the browser, which then creates a text file.
Each time the Site User returns to the same site, the browser retrieves this file and sends it to the website's server. There are two types of cookies, which have different purposes: technical cookies and advertising cookies.

We use technical cookies. These are stored in your browser for a period that cannot exceed six months.
We use or may use Google Analytics (or any other equivalent tool) which is a statistical tool for audience analysis that generates a cookie to measure the number of visits to the Platform, the number of pages viewed and the activity of visitors. Your IP address is also collected to determine the city from which you are connecting. The retention period of this cookie is mentioned in article 6.4 of the present charter.
We remind you that you can refuse the deposit of cookies by configuring your browser. However, such a refusal could prevent the Platform from functioning properly. The configuration is as follows:
