About the collection
Ebur Editions is Studio Ebur's ongoing collection of furniture and objects, shaped by the material and cultural vocabulary that Racha Gutierrez and Dahlia Hojeij Deleuze have developed since founding the studio in 2020.
The collection draws from three traditions simultaneously: African craftsmanship from the founders' Ivory Coast origins, Mediterranean formal sensibility, and the decorative arts of early-twentieth-century France and Italy. This layering, what the studio calls a palimpsest, runs through every piece, from structure to surface ornament.
Signature pieces such as the Reine chair and Visconti armchair translate this vocabulary into handmade metalwork and continuous upholstered forms. The Palmyre side table and Giza lamp extend it into wood and silk, worked in artisan workshops across France, Portugal, Lebanon and Italy. Materials throughout include solid oak, sucupira, forged iron, woven linen and raw silk, each selected for its craft context.
Studio Ebur is listed among AD100 designers, and Ebur Editions reflects the precision and cultural depth behind that recognition.
