Gabriella Crespi (1922–2017) was an Italian furniture designer and artist. Deeply influenced by the philosophies of Le Corbusier and Frank Lloyd Wright, she dedicated herself from the 1950s onward to creating furniture and objects that perfectly balance aesthetic refinement with sculptural abstraction. Crespi’s innovative approach, characterized by articulated forms that respond to contemporary design needs and her remarkable ability to transform objects through openings, closures, and functional changes, quickly earned her international acclaim.
