The SHROOM Table Lamp is the seated version of the collection, scaled for the desk or side table. A polished bronze dome, asymmetric in profile, sits atop a carved reddish-brown wood stem that bends with a botanical curve before meeting a flared conical base finished in a fine natural texture. The composition reads as grounded from afar and intricate up close.
The bronze dome is shaped and refined at a historic foundry in Spain, the same workshop that produces every piece in the SHROOM collection. Hand finishing takes hours; the dome surface carries subtle variations in polish that shift under changing light. The carved wood stem introduces a material warmth the metal alone cannot offer, its grain visible against the bronze above.
HAMREI's approach to the collection is built on restraint: the table lamp is not trying to be sculpture, yet it reads as one. The designer's background in high-end interiors, developed during years alongside Pierre Yovanovitch, shows in the attention to proportion and in the refusal of decorative excess.

Hamrei
Anglo-Brazilian artist and designer HAMREI works between London and Milan, where his studio produces interior projects and original furniture for clients worldwide. Founded in 2021, the practice spans residential interior architecture and sculptural furniture design.
Before establishing his own studio, HAMREI worked with Pierre Yovanovitch, managing residential and commercial projects across the US and the UK. Those years gave him close exposure to one of France's most demanding furniture-making practices, and it was during that period that he began releasing his first furniture pieces publicly.
His approach centers on equilibrium: between the handmade and the industrially produced, between formal strength and domestic comfort. The studio's forms draw from sculpture and architecture: strong, considered lines, proportions built to carry weight without heaviness. Each piece is designed to endure. HAMREI works with responsible materials and deliberate production methods as the baseline condition of good furniture design, not as a differentiating claim.
On Monde Singulier, HAMREI's furniture carries the rigour of the studio's interior practice into collectible object form.
