About the collection
The Konekt Collection is the furniture and lighting work of Helena and Natasha Sultan, a mother-daughter studio working out of Pennsylvania. Each piece is handcrafted in the region, shaped by high-quality craftsmanship and a deliberate human touch.
Unexpected materials meet traditional ones throughout the collection, producing a sustained juxtaposition of contrasting textures and finishes. The resulting objects hold opposing qualities in balance: strength and fragility, solidity and fluidity, refinement and playfulness. Helena and Natasha Sultan draw from historical references and the natural world to give sculptural form to both modern and centuries-old techniques.
Pieces such as the Rib Table Lamp Sphere, the Rib Pendant Capsule, and the Thing 3 Ottoman Pill demonstrate the studio's reach across furniture and lighting, each rooted in the same handcrafted, sculptural material logic.
