Croisière

Croisière is Rudy Guénaire's debut collection, produced exclusively for Monde Singulier. A voyage catalogue in wood, stone, chrome, and velvet, it draws from the mid-century golden age of travel, when crossing the Atlantic or the Adriatic was an event in itself.

Guénaire, founder of Studio Night Flight, designs every element by hand. This collection follows the same logic: each piece carries a specific destination. The Beau Rivage chair brings Bauhaus proportions forward with a calm assurance that belongs to no single era. The Going to the Moon sconce casts milky opaline light through a star-shaped structure in chrome or wood. The Vaporetto to Murano bench, in varnished wood and mohair velvet, recalls the salt air of a Venice crossing.

Pieces including the Cabin View porthole mirror, in cream-lacquered wood, and the Yachting in Acapulco Bay table, with its polished limestone top and aluminum base, complete a collection that reads as a hand-drawn travel journal translated into furniture.
